How it works

  1. You book a quick appointment with a support team specialist with the calendar-tool below.

  2. We will discuss your request on the scheduled date via Microsoft Teams. Please note that this is 1st level support and no complex technical issues can be solved.

  3. The services will be billed to you at a rate of CHF 99.00 / appointment excl. VAT. If some of the work has to be done outside of the appointment to fix the issue, you will be proactively informed of the estimated expenditures and the associated costs by our support team.
