You book a quick appointment with a support team specialist with the [calendar-tool](https://landing.eyevip.com/support-express-meeting#kalender-tool) below. 2. We will discuss your request on the scheduled date via Microsoft Teams. Please note that this is 1st level support and no complex technical issues can be solved. 3. The services will be billed to you at a rate of CHF 99.00 / appointment excl. VAT.
