Support Hotline Subscription

With a support hotline subscription you will get access to support by phone and you will be able to request smaller changes. We will subtract our efforts at a reduced price.

How it works

Your support hotline subscription includes a set amount of support hours, which contains the following services:

  • assistance via phone or screen sharing
  • minor template changes
  • small customizations incl. coordination

Packages

  • 5 hours: CHF 890.00 (instead of CHF 1'000.00)
  • 10 hours: CHF 1'690.00 (instead of CHF 2'000.00)
  • 20 hours: CHF 3'190.00 (instead of CHF 4'000.00)

 

Your technical support hotline subscription includes a set amount of technical support hours. We provide specialist knowledge (senior level) at reduced hourly rates and it contains the following services: 

  • 3rd level support by phone
  • Maintenance (patches, security etc.)
  • Updates to private cloud / OnPrem
  • mail server, DNS, certificates
  • minor change requests
  • project coordination and management

Packages

  • 5 hours: CHF 1'190.00 (instead of CHF 1'250.00)
  • 10 hours: CHF 2'290.00 (instead of CHF 2'500.00)
  • 20 hours: CHF 4'390.00 (instead of CHF 5'000.00)

You will be informed by our support team once your support hours have been used up.
