Systems usually fail at inconvenient times, when it suits you least. If your event is business-critical, every minute counts. With our Service Level Agreement (SLA), you can be sure that we will take care of your request quickly.

Our SLA packages

Service Level Agreement [Standard]

  • Guaranteed reaction time: within 48 hours

  • Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 6 pm (excl. public holidays of the city of Zurich)

  • Service availability: best effort

  • Recovery: best effort

Service Level Agreement [Basic]

  • Guaranteed reaction time: within 24 hours

  • Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 6 pm (excl. public holidays of the city of Zurich)

  • Service availability: 99.8%

  • Recovery: 8 hours

  • Proactive monitoring

Service Level Agreement [Professional]

  • Guaranteed reaction time: within 24 hours

  • Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 6 pm (excl. public holidays of the city of Zurich)

  • Service availability: 99.8%

  • Recovery: 4 hours

  • Proactive monitoring

We are at your side on site

Standby SLA ½ day on-site

  • Coordination in advance
    1 hour of support to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event. 

  • On-site support
    An experienced member of our team will support you for up to 4 hours directly on site, for example during check-in.

  • Off-site support
    Access to our team of specialists during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am to 12 pm & 1 pm to 6 pm).

  • Monitoring
    We keep an eye on everything in the background to ensure a carefree process.

  • Costs for 1st class SBB with Half-Fare Card will be charged additionally.

  • Additional expenses are billed separately or via your support hour package.

  • Order & payment at least 30 days before your event.
